Mafia Mindset Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Mafia Mindset Program (referred to as "Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or participate.

2. Program Eligibility
The Program is available to individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment or installment payments (where available) are required to access the Program. All fees are listed in USD.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided once payment is received unless specified by a written policy.

4. Program Commitment and Requirements
Participants commit to the full six-month coaching program.
Regular attendance and participation in all coaching calls are essential.
Full engagement and completion of weekly challenges are expected for maximum benefit.
All private 1-on-1 coaching sessions must be scheduled through Calendly in advance.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants must treat each other with respect and kindness. Inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.
Constructive feedback on peers’ homework is part of the learning process and contributes to mutual growth.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential and must not be disclosed outside the group. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund.

7. Termination of Contract
Either party may terminate this contract with written notice if they believe the coaching relationship is no longer serving the client’s best interests. No refund will be provided, and the remaining balance for the six months will be charged immediately at the time of termination. We commit to not quitting on you when you quit on yourself.

8. Intellectual Property
All Program content, materials, and resources, including but not limited to videos, documents, and frameworks, are the exclusive property of Mafia Mindset and are protected by copyright laws. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content outside the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Program is intended to provide educational content and coaching for personal and professional development. Mafia Mindset is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

10. Disclaimer
Results vary based on individual commitment and effort. Mafia Mindset makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or achievements as part of the Program.

11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

12. Modifications to Terms
Mafia Mindset reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
